Bravella AI Health Assistant Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully, as they form a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Bravella Health Inc. (“Bravella”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our mobile and web-based application (the “App”) available on the Apple App Store, which provides informational and entertainment content via large language model (LLM) technology focused on
health and wellness topics, particularly perimenopause and menopause (the “Services”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms incorporate a class action waiver and limitation of liability. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada to use the App.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. Nature of the Services

The App uses AI (LLM) to generate responses to user queries on health topics. THIS IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Responses are AI-generated, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No healthcare professionals are involved.

  • Do not rely on the App for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
  • Do not share personal health information (PHI) in queries.
  • The App is not for emergencies—call 911 or seek immediate medical help.
  • Services exclude: Diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or advice on serious conditions (e.g., chest pain, emergencies).

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability:

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We disclaim all liability for any harm, loss, or damages arising from use, including inaccurate information. You use at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bravella, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use, including misuse or reliance on content.

2. Access and Account

We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must create an account with accurate information. Accounts are personal; do not share credentials.

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, including abuse or frivolous claims. You must be in Canada to use the App.

3. User Conduct and Data Usage

  • Do not use for illegal purposes, harassment, or sharing PHI.
  • All queries and interactions are stored and may be used for LLM training, product improvement, and analytics (see Privacy Policy).
  • You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use your queries (de-identified) for these purposes.

Prohibited: Reverse engineering, hacking, or commercial use.

4. Fees

The App may be free or subscription-based. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change fees with notice.

5. Termination

You or we may terminate at any time. Upon termination, access ends, and data is handled per Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by us or licensors. No rights are transferred.

7. Dispute Resolution

Governed by Ontario laws. Disputes resolved in Ontario courts. You waive class actions and agree to individual arbitration if elected by us.


8. Miscellaneous

If any provision is invalid, others remain. No waiver unless written.
