She specialises in IVF, pregnancy loss, and the emotional complexities of the fertility journey. Since 2016, she has helped clients navigate anxiety, grief, depression, and relationship challenges. Sarah understands the emotional impact of fertility struggles across all stages. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. She creates a safe space for clients to process difficult and often unspoken emotions. Sarah works collaboratively to provide clarity, support, and coping strategies. Her goal is to help clients feel supported, understood, and less alone.

Bianca is a Registered Dietitian supporting women and families in building a balanced, sustainable relationship with food. She provides evidence-based, compassionate care across PCOS, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric nutrition. Bianca also supports disordered eating and body image concerns through a weight-inclusive approach. Since 2017, she has worked with clients across Ontario in both virtual and in-person settings. At Bravella Health and Femade, she collaborates within an interdisciplinary care team. Her approach is non-diet, personalized, and focused on long-term well-being. She creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel confident in their health journey.
